How does this differ from the "Marvel Manga" or "Marvel Babies"???

As a parallel universe that the Ultimate F4 accidentally stumble into is one thing.... but as an entire story????

I didn't think that Zombies had any kind of interaction or such.... they just aimlessly shamble around infecting others and killing people for food.

Seems like a weak premise for anything other than a single "what if" story.
